		<description>Arthur, I commend your simple display of the facts and your restraint. I wouldn&#039;t be so kind to a government that is literally squeezing the life out of the hopes of it&#039;s people and the possibility of lifting the plight of poor. Why is it the poor always end up paying? Surely removing interconnect charges would suddenly bring so many more people to the networks, generate more cross network traffic and off-set the reduction in profit the networks may initially see.</description>
